Our excellent printed circuit board assembly service include PCB manufacturing, electronic components procurement and PCB assembly. All facilities are in Shenzhen China, the biggest electronic manufacture city on earth.

For electronic components sourcing, all parts are mainly purchased from our standard suppliers like Digikey, Mouser, Arrow, Future, Element14, RS and other reliable local distributors that passed our audit. We ensure all parts are new & original and would be double checked wth the BOM file to avoid any problem. If any issues, we will confirm with customers before purchasing. Normally it will take about 7 business days to get all components ready for PCB Assembly, and also sometimes it may cost longer time like 7-14 business days if customs clearance take more time.

If your project is very urgent or you want to get lower price on components, we could buy components from your recommended suppliers or get alternatival parts for the common passive parts.

We have 3 flexible options for our components sourcing service:

1. Turnkey Service: We supply all the components following your BOM file which will be purchased from authorized and reliable distributors.

2. Kitted or Consigned Service: You supply all the components to us.

3. Partial Turn-key/Combo Service: You supply the main components and we supply the rest.

How to Get Quotation for Components Sourcing

Please provide a correct BOM file with detailed information of quantity, reference designator, package, description, part number, manufacturer etc. In order to get quotation fast and accurately, you can download our BOM template to create your own BOM with necessary information.

When you have BOM ready, please submit a PCBA quote with our online quote form or send the files to us by email. The quote for PCB, PCB assembly and components sourcing will be provided within 1-2 business days.
